Shipment Do Not Required Tracking Number Update: Singpost Normal / Other

  • Go to Manage Your Store (Dashboard) Orders > Fulfil Orders > Create Packages
  • Make use of the Filter Orders to locate the orders.
  • Select the Products you want to ship, choose a Carrier from the the dropdown menu.
    • Click Create Package & Ship. There will be email send to customer to notify the shipment.
    • To view package, click on vertical ellipsis shortcut key   and select Manage Packing List
    • To print packing list, click on vertical ellipsis shortcut key   and select Print Packing List
    • To download packing list, click on vertical ellipsis shortcut key   and select Download Packing List

       


    Shipment Required Tracking Number Update

    • Go to Manage Your Store (Dashboard) Orders > Fulfil Orders > Create Packages
    • Make use of the Filter Orders to locate the orders.
    • Select the Products you want to ship, choose a Carrier from the the dropdown menu.   

      Please go to Shopcada App Store to activate the carrier of your choice. Go to Manage Your Store (Dashboard) > App Store  

      • Click Create Package Only
      • There will be NO email send to customer to notify the shipment, until next step. 
      • To view package and update tracking number, click on vertical ellipsis shortcut key   and select Manage Packing List
      • To print packing list, click on vertical ellipsis shortcut key   and select Print Packing List
      • To download packing list, click on vertical ellipsis shortcut key   and select Download Packing List
      • To update tracking number, click on vertical ellipsis shortcut key   and select Manage Packing List, update the Optional Tracking Number.
      • Click Update & Notify, there will be email send to customer to notify the shipment.
      • Order status will be updated too.
