Shopcada POS: Processing RMA

  


Receive RMA Item, Refund via Store Credit 

  • Go to Admin Menu > Store Operation > Return Request 
  • Tap on link

 

  • Key in the Order ID / RMA ID . 

  

    

  • Tab to receive the RMA Item(s).  

  

  • Select [Store Credit] as resolution. 

  

  • Select restock status and refund reason.

    

 

  • Complete the refund by issue   

Must select customer to complete the issue store credit.

 

    


Receive RMA Item and Exchange

  • Go to Admin Menu > Store Operation > Return Request 
  • Tap on link

 

  • Key in the Order ID / RMA ID . 

 

  

  • Tab to receive the RMA Item(s).

 

  • Select [Exchange] as resolution. 

  

  • Select restock status and refund reason for the return items. 
  • Add on the exchange item(s). 

 

  • Complete the checkout as usual.
