Order Fulfilment: Manage packages with Pickupp (API Integration)

With the Pickupp API integration, you can create shipment directly into Pickupp portal when you create packages at your order fulfilment. 

 

  


Create package for individual order

  • Go to Manage Your Store (Dashboard) Orders > Fulfil Orders 
  • Apply filter to located the required order.
  • Select the items.
  • Select Pickupp from Carrier list.
  • Enter Pickup Date, Time, Pickup Note, and Service Level.
  • Click Create Package and your shipment will be created automatically in Pickupp portal. 
  • The package status will be updated and notify to your customer as the parcel is process by Pickupp:
    • Package Arrived At Pickupp Facilities
    • Package Delivered to customer

  


Create packages in batch

  • Go to Manage Your Store (Dashboard) Orders > Fulfil Orders
  • Click on vertical ellipsis    to go to Batch Create Packages 
  • Process your package in batches as usual.
  • At the Step 3: Select Carrier, select Pickupp from Carrier list.
  • Enter Pickup Date and Pickup Note. 
  • Click Create Package and your shipment will be created automatically in Pickupp portal. 
  • The package status will be updated and notify to your customer as the parcel is process by Pickupp:
    • Package Arrived At Pickupp Facilities
    • Package Delivered to customer 

   


Cancel Pickupp packages

  • If you need to cancel a package, you need to do a manual cancel and both portals.
    You need to cancel the package from Pickupp AND cancel at Shopcada separately. . 

  


Install Pickupp Module

  • Please contact support@shopcada.com to enable the API integration.  

   


Enable Integration at Pickupp

  • Login to your Pickupp portal.
  • Please go to your user profile of Pickupp portal.
  • Click on Generate API Token
  • Copy the token for next step. 
  • Insert WebHook URL to your Pickupp account. 
  • URL will be https://www.YourDomain/api/pickupp

   


Setup Pickupp API Integration

  • Go to Manage Your Store (Dashboard) Settings >Orders > Carriers Settings
    https://www.YourDomain.com/admin/settings/orders/fulfilment
  • Go to Pickupp, click Configure  
  • Key in the API Key generate and copy from your Pickupp portal. 
  • Service Type (Express / Four Hours / Same Day / Same Day - Warehouse / Next Day) 
  • Order Pickup Info - Address 
  • Order Pickup Info - Contact Person Name 
  • Order Pickup Info - Contact Person Telephone 
  • Default Length (cm) 
  • Default Width (cm)
  • Default Height (cm)
  • Default Weight (kg)
  • Click Save.

   


Setup Pickupp Shipment Notification

  • You can set up a different notification to keep your customer informed about the parcel status.
  • Go to Manage Your Store (Dashboard) > Settings > Emails > Email List
  • Under Order Fulfilment, enable the email notification: 
    • Shipment Notification - Pickupp - At Shipper: This is the notification send to customer when Pickupp scan pickup from your warehouse. You may include Tracking Information into this email. 
    • Shipment Notification - Pickupp - Shipped: This is the notification send to customer when Pickupp scan delivered.
